COURSE REGISTRATION

To register please fill out the form below. 

If you are signing up with a sibling, spouse, offspring or friends please put there names in the discount block of this form.  You will get an additional 10% off the course fee when two or more sign up together.  They must fill out a form as well. If you are going to pay for someone else please call me to work out the details. 310-415-2133  

If the participant is of minor age please call me to discuss the details. 

You will recieve an invoice via email for the course fee.  The invoice will come from Modern Defense Training’s Pay Pal center. It may take up to 24 hours to generate this invoice.

You only need an email account and a credit card, a Pay Pal account is not necessary to pay course fee’s.

Be sure to select any items you may need to rent.  The sturdy shooters belt is $7.00, all other rentals are $25.00.
